Additional Try-outs for all 7th-12th grade guys who didn’t have the opportunity to try-out in September. Please bring a completed 2019 Sports Physical Form with you. You can get it from Coach Jones @ PHS OR print it yourself from the documents tab. Bring Shin Guards, Cleats and water.
